All hourly work is billed upfront based on estimated time. If the project runs longer than estimated, a follow-up invoice will be sent before final delivery.

All design work is tracked using digital time-tracking software and billed in 30-minute increments, with a 2-hour minimum. You'll receive a detailed breakdown showing exactly how your time was used.

When you submit your project request, I'll review your scope and provide an estimated time range before we begin. If your project looks like it will exceed the estimate, I'll notify you before continuing—no surprise invoices.

Two Rounds of Revisions
Every project includes two rounds of revisions to ensure the final result matches your vision. Additional revision rounds may take longer if they involve scope changes.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your day. Remaining balance due on the day of service.

Once your day is booked, you'll receive a prep guide and checklist. All materials must be submitted at least 48 hours before your VIP Day so we can hit the ground running.

We'll have a 30-minute strategy call to prioritize your wishlist, clarify your vision, and create a game plan for the day.

This is your dedicated design sprint. I'll spend the day focused solely on your project. You'll be available for quick feedback throughout the day to keep things moving.

At the end of the day, you'll receive your final files ready to use. You also get 7 days of post-project support for any light revisions or questions.
