This project focused on translating a large-scale, data-heavy industrial asset into a clear, compelling visual narrative. Created for JLL Capital Markets, the Midpoint Logistics Center offering memorandum was designed to support investor decision-making through strong hierarchy, disciplined layout systems, and refined visual storytelling.
The challenge was balancing institutional credibility with visual clarity — presenting dense financial and market information in a way that feels structured, intuitive, and confident. Through a restrained color palette, modular layouts, and elevated typographic hierarchy, the final deck positions the asset as a best-in-class logistics investment while remaining easy to navigate and visually cohesive across dozens of pages.
