Do I need a Canva Pro account?No, but you will need a FREE Canva account to edit the templates. We recommend signing up for the Pro version to add your brand colors, logos, fonts, access stock photos, and more.

How do I add the templates to my account?After clicking the link on the PDF, then click the "Use Template" button and you can use them instantly.

How can I access the Canva templates after purchasing?All products on our shop are digital and you will gain access immediately through a PDF with a link to your Canva template. Please email us at hello@one-storystudio.com if you have any issues.

Can I use the Canva templates on a mobile device?Yes! We recommend accessing the template through a desktop computer first, then accessing it through the mobile app.

Can I cancel anytime?Absolutely! We hate to see you go, but you can cancel easily. You will have access to your account for the remainder of your membership period, and it will expire on your re-bill date.

How do I update my payment information?To update your credit card, billing, or payment information follow these instructions. 1. Open up your My Account page. 2. Go to "Update Payment Info" 3. Under Subscriptions, click "update billing info" (see screenshot below). * If you do not see this, it is because you most likely paid with PayPal. If this is the case, we recommend contacting us to add your payment method on the website, as we do not offer payment through PayPal anymore.

Can I create templates to sell using your templates?No. Our templates are for your personal business or use. You cannot use our templates to design your own Canva templates for sale, commercial use or for client work without purchasing a commercial license. If you need more information regarding the commercial use permissions, please email hello@one-storystudio.com

Can I use the content for more than one account?Each subscription is an individual account for one (1) sole member. You will need to purchase individual subscriptions if you’re planning to use our content for more than one person.

Can I get a refund after purchasing?Due to the digital nature of our products we cannot offer any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@one-storystudio.com.

Do the templates expire?No. They can be used under one Canva account forever.

Do you provide captions with your social media posts?At this time we are not providing content (captions or hashtags) with our shop templates. Your captions and hashtags should be original and unique. It sets the tone of voice for your brand persona which creates more engagement. However, with our monthly social media subscription, we provide 30 posts with suggested captions and hashtags that can be customized to your brand and market. Note: this is suggested content, we always recommend tailoring it to you. Tip: be you and don't over think it!

Can you post on my social media account for me?At this time we are not offering social media management services.
